The Product Analyst fills a critical role in the product development life cycle, acting as a bridge between the product strategy and the delivery of a successful product or service. A successful product analyst will work within a defined product strategy and roadmap, breaking broadly defined initiatives into more concise functional components and documenting requirements and acceptance criteria. This may also entail conducting research, data analysis, and overall problem/issue resolution. .
The Product Analyst will work directly with Insurance product owners and internal team members throughout the product development lifecycle. You will be responsible for product configuration, testing, change requests, and involved in customer implementations across various solutions.
Coordinate product configuration, testing and production migration activities in conjunction with technical advisor and product management team.
Work with product managers to define, document, configure, test, and execute on product enhancements.
Maintain detailed product documentation and customer documentation across multiple solutions.
Document and track requirements throughout the project/product life cycle and ensure that deliverables are managed
Analyze impacts of a Product change and gather metrics to demonstrate impacts to the business.
Coordinates with internal business units to perform data analysis of products and data assets. Consolidates and prepares reporting of the analysis, including customer-specific reporting, and make recommendations to management with options to improve the analysis process, reporting and/or product.
Support the core business unit processes with responsibility for completing all tasks associated with the product development process, including documenting business requirements, use cases and scenarios, confirming product features and functionality, and product documentation
