Who we are looking for The Business Acceptance Test Manager is part of the Digital Strategy team and supports our efforts to digitally transform our Global Markets business. The Business Acceptance Test Manager manages Test Planning and Execution, Test Criteria and Scripting and Test Environment User Access. The role is critical to ensuring Business Acceptance of the digital solution. Ensures standard testing practices and agile test methodologies are adhered to, tracked and documented. She/He works in conjunction with the Delivery manager to ensure all testing is successfully completed prior to deployment of the Use Case/Solution.

What you will be responsible for As Business Acceptance Test Manager, AVP you will
Providing the framework for the BUAT teams to create test scripts
Educating team on script creation and data masking rules (or direct them to the SSGM ISO)
Ensure scripts are created prior to test start date
Ensure test scripts and testing criteria are correct and complete - Signoff Required
Ensure testing scripts are well documented and stored and evidence of test results can be provided upon request during any phase of the project or post launch
Host/Manage team testing kickoff meeting inclusive of:
Setting the test completion schedule
Scope / Script Status Review
Platform/Product Basic Training (as needed)
Functional Overview of the specific function to be tested: Function and Features
Process and Training of Submission of Defects to RTC or equivalent - Defect & Enhancement Documentation
Daily Test Recap Meeting Overview
Partner with BUAT leads to schedule daily test recap meeting
Co- host/Manage daily test recap meeting
Be an active participant in the discussion of issues/enhancements
Ensure Requirements are well documented (+changes)
Was it Included?
Was it detailed enough?
Was it missing or is it new?
Evaluate against BRD/Stories or equivalent depending on dev't structure
Determine next steps for change management with platform / solution owner
Ensure Signoff / Completion has been obtained and documented for each Functional Team Stakeholder
Ensure test script evaluation sections are completed and signed-off on
Ensure functional test criteria is tested and signed-off on
For material items that cannot be immediately remediated, ensure there is a viable and tested workaround.

5-7 years of experience managing complex test projects
Financial experience a must
PMP certification a plus
