Assists in the management of data and the data collection process for Bureau of Sociological Research (BOSR) research projects. Communicates with clients. Assists with the development of research instruments and the implementation of protocols related to survey projects. Reviews for errors, proposes suggestions on survey improvement, evaluates collected data, monitors and manages survey sample, assesses and corrects problems throughout the survey process. Provides daily monitoring of data. Writes methodology and analysis reports for studies, which serve as a final work product for clients. Manages individual data collection projects. Assists with post-data collection processes, including the cleaning and processing of sample and data. Proficiently uses SPSS to examine data.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree plus One year of experience working with survey research required. Experience assisting with the management of small projects essential. Basic statistical analysis and report writing experience necessary. Proficiency using SPSS, word processing, spreadsheet, and web-based survey software essential. Experience must demonstrate excellent organizational, written and oral communication, and problem solving skills. Ability to multi-task and work independently required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a social science related field. Experience managing large/complex projects preferred. Survey respondent tracking and qualitative data analysis experience desired. Experience using WinCATI software preferred.
